Attire is formal.\nMethodist Missions Society (MMS) is inviting you to an evening dedicated to Christian missions, fellowship, and the forward movement of faith, a gathering designed not only to celebrate God’s goodness but also to share the significant impact on the church planting and community development efforts within the MMS.\nMMS is reaching out to valued supporters and members of the Methodist Community to actively pray and support its efforts. This year the fundraising effort is to galvanise support for our mission in Thailand and the MMS missions fields and encourage many to spread God’s love and hope actively through ministry and church planting. The fundraising target for the Banquet is S$700,000.\nTo maintain the stability and continuity of the MMS field’s church planting and community development efforts, the missions’ fields rely on annual financial top-ups from the MMS General Fund to cover operational deficits. These top-ups are crucial in ensuring that we continue to reach out to the local community without disruption. To sustain this, MMS needs your support. By contributing to its fundraising efforts, you can help it bridge the gap and secure the necessary funds to keep its operations going and growing.\nThe evening will bring together church partners, donors, leaders, and representatives from the mission fields, setting the stage for a meaningful engagement and dialogue. The exquisite venue, The Fullerton Hotel, fully sponsored by a donor, will serve as the gathering place, offering an ambience that complements the evening’s theme, performance of purpose and elegance. Bishop Dr Gordon Wong will be the Guest-of-Honour and the Methodist School of Music will lead in the worship and music segment for the evening.
