Participants will draw on principles and practices from Scripture and developmental psychology to establish a coherent and integrated philosophy of ministry to children. In addition, participants will learn about classroom management, motivation and engagement, leveraging teaching and learning resources to help children build an authentic relationship with Jesus, discover and cultivate spiritual gifts, and be released for ministry to serve God with the power of the Holy Spirit.\nSpeaker\nDr Morgan Zhou holds a doctorate in educational leadership and is Chairperson of the Board of Children’s Ministry in the Trinity Annual Conference of the Methodist Church in Singapore.
