He concurrently serves in Operation Mobilisation (OM) as the Head of People and Organisational Development in OM East Asia. He has served in the mission field in India and the Mekong Region.\nAlvin worships in Chapel of Christ the Redeemer. He is married to Kalene, and they have three children.
