If you speak only English, can you do translation in other languages? How might one respond to oral Scripture translations? How does God prepare a person for these? Having worked on 42 languages over 20 years, Evelyn shares her personal experience in working with translation teams in varied geographical locations and cultures, and her journey in missions.
Speaker
Born and bred in Malacca, Evelyn never left her hometown until her university days. She joined Wycliffe Malaysia and went on her first mission trip in 2003 with her husband and two daughters. This was also when she answered her calling to Scripture translation. Evelyn currently serves as a Scripture translation consultant and supports translation partnerships.
