We received with sadness the news of the passing and promotion to glory of the late Pope Francis, Holy Father and Bishop of Rome. Bishop Philip Lim has written a letter offering words of comfort and condolences to His Eminence Cardinal William Goh and all Roman Catholics in Singapore.
