The 2026 edition of The Book of Discipline of The Methodist Church in Singapore (“BoD 2026”) published by the Discipline Revision Commission is now available in a freely accessible and downloadable digital format.
The Book of Discipline embodies the rules, doctrines and principles of administration for The Methodist Church in Singapore (MCS) and serves as a guide for Methodist ministers, lay leaders and officials in their various ministries. It includes the Constitution, Doctrinal Statements, General Rules and Social Principles of MCS.
BoD 2026 is revised from The Book of Discipline published in 2022. It incorporates the amendments made by the General Conference during its 2024 Quadrennial Regular Session and 2026 Special Sessions to The Book of Discipline.
In keeping with our Christian responsibility to care for God’s creation, BoD 2026 is published digitally rather than in hard copy to reduce our use of paper and resources. If you have any queries related to the BoD, kindly email DRC@methodist.org.sg.
