The National Council of Churches of Singapore (NCCS) is alarmed and deeply concerned by reports of foreign interference in Singapore’s General Election. Such interference strikes at the heart of our nation’s sovereignty and compromises the integrity of the democratic process.
The Council reaffirms its long-standing position that religion and politics must be kept separate.
