Daniel Jesudason and his wife, Wei Lei, together with their son, Joshua, served as Wycliffe Bible Translators in Papua New Guinea (1985–2005). Daniel and Wei Lei pioneered literacy programs and worked on Scripture translation. They began their work among the Umanakaina people before shifting focus to the Daga community, completing the Daga New Testament, which was dedicated on 18 June 2005.
