The KIN Masterclass 2026 invites participants into a thoughtful, faith-informed exploration of the mental health of persons with disabilities.
The masterclass will be led by Reverend Professor John Swinton, Professor in Practical Theology and Pastoral Care and Chair in Divinity and Religious Studies at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, and Consulting Faculty at Duke Divinity School. Before entering academia, he worked for over a decade as a mental health nurse and later served as a mental health chaplain. Professor Swinton has written and published widely on theology, disability, and mental health.
