We know people need God’s Word in their native language, but how does this happen? How do we go from the church’s desire to have God’s Word to a printed New Testament in a different language? Join our speaker as she shares her experience in facilitating a New Testament translation in a place not very far from Singapore.

Speaker

In 2001, together with her husband, Guillermo, Marilina left Argentina to serve in Southeast Asia. There, they facilitated a New Testament translation and helped produce books and educational resources in local languages. They even adopted three Asian children. The family currently lives in Buenos Aires and they continue to serve as Scripture Translation consultants. Marilina is now the Board Chair of LETRA Argentina, an organisation member of Wycliffe Global Alliance.
