Ever wondered how the Bible “speaks” to those who cannot hear? Step into the visual world of sign language translation—a space where words take form, and meaning is felt, not just heard. This workshop, an interactive introduction to the sign language translation process, is specially designed for Deaf leaders and any Deaf individuals eager to discover how Scripture is brought to life in a visual format. Conducted directly in sign language (with hearing interpreters present), this session moves beyond theory into real, hands-on experience.
This session is conducted by Siew Foong, a seasoned consultant who specialises in sign language translation, Ethnoarts, and Trauma Healing.
