An evening of music and voice featuring Italian tenor Maurizio Tassani with Jeremy Monteiro & Friends, to raise funds in support of underprivileged students.
Maurizio Tassani is an Italian crossover tenor. After surviving lung cancer at 32, a doctor encouraged him to discover his voice. He went on to study at the music conservatory and began performing internationally. With a versatile voice spanning opera and classic crooner songs, Maurizio has sung for Pope Francis and at distinguished global events. Guided by faith and perseverance, he inspires hope through his music and story.
Widely known as “Singapore’s King of Swing”, Professor Jeremy Monteiro is one of Southeast Asia’s most internationally recognised jazz musicians, with a career spanning five decades. He made history in 1988 as the first Southeast Asian to lead a band on the main stage of the Montreux Jazz Festival. A Cultural Medallion recipient and Public Service Medal (PBM) awardee, Jeremy continues to perform internationally while championing jazz across Singapore and the region.

All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Methodist Schools’ Foundation, supporting its work in nurturing holistic education grounded in Christian values and empowering future generations of students.
